We’re not just a company that hires other companies. We have our own full-time construction crew, supported by trusted licensed trade partners who’ve worked alongside us for years. Some for more than eight.

Yes. While we don’t directly finance projects ourselves, our project management platform includes a secure link to a trusted third-party financing partner.
For smaller jobs, we keep it simple — typically 50% at signing and 50% at completion.
We start every job with a detailed, line-by-line estimate — not just a lump sum.
Once the contract and deposit are in place, we’ll schedule your project and provide a clear timeline from start to finish.
Most major projects — like additions, structural changes, and anything involving electrical, plumbing, or HVAC — require a building permit.
It depends on the scope of work. For large-scale projects like a full home renovation or a full second-floor addition, living in the home during construction usually isn’t possible.
We do our best to limit change orders, but the bigger the project, the more likely they are.
Absolutely. We treat your home like it’s our own — and that starts with keeping it clean, safe, and well-organized.
Yes. All of our work is backed by a one-year workmanship warranty starting from the date of substantial completion.
